Our programs

The educational programs at the Montessori Academy of Brossard have been designed with our children's needs in mind: to grow and thrive in an environment that is both safe and stimulating.

Babies
6 to 17 months

During the first years of life, a child absorbs everything around them. That's why we offer a calm, warm, and caring environment that supports the physical, emotional, and social development of each baby.

Our infant program is designed to foster the development of confidence, a sense of security, and social interaction. It also supports the strengthening of motor reflexes, hand-eye coordination, sensory exploration, and much more, while respecting the young child's natural needs for movement, consistency, routine, and order.

With a ratio of one educator to five children, each infant receives attentive and individualized care, while being gently introduced to a reassuring routine.

Toddlers
18 months to 3 years

At this age, children rapidly develop their independence, language skills, and natural curiosity. Our toddler program supports this essential phase through hands-on activities tailored to their pace and interests.

The environment is structured to encourage exploration, language acquisition, and early social interactions. Children learn to make choices, develop their gross and fine motor skills, and establish secure routines in a nurturing setting.

Our educators support each child with gentleness, patience and respect, fostering self-confidence and initiative.

House
3 to 6 years old

The Casa program is at the heart of the Montessori journey!
Dr. Maria Montessori observed that children aged 3 to 6 have a deep need to move, manipulate, and explore their environment in a sensory way to reach their full potential.

Our curriculum is structured around free exploration in a rich and carefully prepared environment. Children are invited to discover and practice activities in various areas: practical life, sensory development, language, mathematics, culture, geography, botany, music, and movement.

Through these experiences, the child develops a solid foundation for learning and life: motor skills, language, logical reasoning, social skills, autonomy, self-confidence and more.
Give your child the gift of meaningful and lasting learning, in a respectful and enriching environment.
